Over the past three weeks, Year 6 have worked in groups to research, plan, prepare and cook a recipe straight from the WW2 ration book!

Between them, they chose to make: shortcrust sausage rolls; cheese and potato scones; vegetable mash; ‘everything’ stew; delicious dumplings and even some curried carrots! They worked together to show off a wealth of cooking techniques.

Well done Year 6, a fabulous job!
