As an extension to learning about how healthy friendships make you feel included and valued, and how this affects our brain and has a positive impact on our wellbeing:-

  • We played Connection Bingo: from a list we created together that asks ‘Find someone who has stayed in a caravan…’, ‘someone who likes pineapple’, ‘someone who can make a blade of grass whistle’, etc.

  • In searching for someone for each item on the list, this meant we had a lot of fun talking to others we wouldn’t usually interact with!

  • Afterwards, we discussed how spending time with others had supported our mental health and wellbeing in a really positive way!
