Year 6 Home Learning – transition activities 6.7.20

Hello Y6 home learners,

I hope you’ve explored the St Thomas More Academy website and tried some of the transition activities.  We’ve had a really good week at school getting to know more about the new subjects you’ll be studying in September.

Any transition work you’ve completed can either be emailed to Mrs Dixon kdixon@stmacademy.org.uk or else you can do the tasks on paper and take them with you when you go.  You don’t need to finish everything until 2nd September but is it really going to be a good idea to leave it all until August 31st?

As a summary of what needs to be done, I’ve included a link to where the children who’ve returned to school have got to this week.  Here it is
