Learning about the Liturgical Year in Year 3

From the 23rd of January to the 28th, we have been learning all about the liturgical year in Year 3.  Take a look at our work:

We had great fun playing our liturgical year card game and it helped us to remember how Jesus’ life is celebrated in the different seasons, as well as the liturgical colours symbolising each one.

    

We then could show and explain the major seasons and feasts of the liturgical year with strong recall and give reasons for the actions and symbols used:
