Year 5’s Tynemouth Trip

Year 5’s Tynemouth Trip

Year 5 had a wonderful visit to Blue Reef Aquarium and Tynemouth Beach. The weather was glorious, which certainly helped!

First, we took part in a workshop all about sharks. We held some shark teeth and stroked some shed shark skin! Then, we had a walk around the aquarium and even saw the seals.

After our tour, we left the aquarium and enjoyed a packed lunch on the sand. We even dipped our toes in the sea!
