Year 4 – writing conversations

In Year 4 we created a list of rules to use when writing conversations, the rules included; using inverted commas, including punctuation inside the inverted commas, using a range of synonyms foe said and beginning a new line for a new speaker.

With his in mind we created some fantastic conversations between either Howard Carter and a water boy or Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon when finding the tomb of Tutankhamun.
